Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup (76g) butter, melted
- 3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups (180g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (55g) walnuts, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas, then stir in the melted butter.
- Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Sprinkle the baking soda, salt, and cinnamon over the mixture and stir in.
- Add the flour and mix just until no streaks of flour remain, then fold in the walnuts.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
