Instructions
- Cream the butter and sugar together until pale and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Mix in the vanilla extract and salt.
- Gradually add the flour, mixing just until the dough comes together.
- Wrap the dough and chill for at least 30 minutes to firm it up.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
